By accessing or using MovieBank ("the Service"), operated by Noirgate Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MovieBank is a streaming aggregator that provides access to movie, TV show, and anime information and streams sourced from third-party providers. MovieBank does not host, store, or own any of the video content available through the Service.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
One person may not maintain more than one account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent or disable security features
Scrape or systematically download content from the Service
Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. Content & Copyright

All movie titles, images, descriptions, and metadata are provided by TMDB and belong to their respective copyright holders. MovieBank does not claim ownership over any third-party content.

6. Third-Party Content

MovieBank provides access to content hosted by third-party streaming providers. Noirgate Technologies is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Noirgate Technologies does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noirgate Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
